We’re now looking for a Certified B1 Engineer to strengthen our team in Entebbe, Uganda!
Responsibilities:
- Perform line maintenance on one or more of the following aircraft types: A320, A330, B777, and B787. Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards and verify work in accordance with regulatory and company requirements - helping our customers keep their fleet in the air, on time.
- As a B1 Engineer, provide technical instructions, coordinate, and oversee the maintenance activities at the station.
- Issue Certificates of Release to Service after minor checks, including weekly inspections and simple defect rectifications.
- You ensure compliance with safety directives and application of safe working methods.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Must hold a valid residence and work permit for Uganda.
- Possess a valid EASA Category B1 License, with preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience on at least one of the following aircraft types: A320, A330, B777, or B787.
- Proven Line Maintenance experience with an authorized MRO organization.
- A strong team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently under time pressure.
- Committed to high safety standards and quality in all maintenance tasks.
