KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership
Hire Right: Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team.
Stay Aligned: Maintain an open dialogue with teammates to stay plugged in and on track
Plan Ahead: Implement succession planning to nurture future leaders.
Operational Excellence
Scheduling: Develop and maintain efficient work schedules, adapting to operational needs.
Continuous Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives, proactively identifying and implementing enhancements.
Side-by-Side: Provide on-the-floor leadership for employees to offer real-time support and coaching.
Client Relations: Serve as the daily point of contact to make sure that service level expectations are met
Performance Management
Resource Utilization: Oversee labor costs and manage budgets to meet financial targets.
Efficiency: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
Reporting: Ensure accurate billing and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
Strong hands-on leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance. (4+ years in aviation or a relevant service industry)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a self-managing team.
Business knowledge to manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies.
Flexible working in shifts including weekends and holidays.
