Summary:
The Regional Vice President (RVP) is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing the success, performance, and overall satisfaction of aircraft owners and key clients within an assigned region. This individual ensures aircraft operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with FAA regulations, while also driving profitability, long-term client retention, and revenue growth.
The RVP serves as the primary relationship manager for aircraft owners, requiring exceptional business acumen, interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate across all operational, financial, and service departments. This position does not include direct reports, but functions through strong cross-functional relationships and strategic influence across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Lead all onboarding efforts for new aircraft owners and manage the project timeline.
- Establish and maintain clear expectations with aircraft owners through proactive communication and consistent updates.
- Reduce owner effort by managing maintenance, crew availability, trip execution, and monthly financial settlements.
- Distribute monthly Owner Statements with explanations as needed; conduct monthly Owner Care reviews and quarterly Statement of Account reviews.
- Facilitate annual Business Reviews with aircraft owners, including refurbishment discussions and service feedback.
- Maximize aircraft availability by aligning with owners on maintenance schedules, crew coverage, and repositioning needs.
- Manage owner Accounts Receivable and ensure timely payments.
Operational Oversight
- Oversee aircraft scheduling, maintenance coordination, and crewing availability in partnership with Flight Optimization, Maintenance, and Capacity teams.
- Serve as the communication hub between maintenance teams and owners, ensuring timely updates, approvals, and coordination on AOG and scheduled maintenance events.
- Work in conjunction with ACM sales team to ensure new aircraft owners are aware of the benefits of the recommended structure for achieving annual revenue targets and manage compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maximize aircraft utilization, availability, and service consistency.
Financial Accountability
- Participate in the company’s annual planning and budgeting processes.
- Monitor assigned aircraft financial performance, including gross profit and cash flow.
- Review and validate owner invoices, statements, and reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Identify aircraft operating below profitability thresholds and implement corrective action plans.
- Oversee insurance coverage, claims, and offboarding financial exposure.
- Serve as the point person for financial communications with aircraft owners.
Business Development & Market Leadership
- Support Aircraft Management and Jet Card Sales teams by identifying and cultivating local market leads.
- Lead Company efforts to build brand presence and reputation in the region through community involvement and local networking.
- Support the company’s sales efforts by engaging with prospective clients and serving as a subject-matter expert during the sales process.
- Develop and execute regional marketing and special event plans in partnership with the Marketing team.
Administrative Duties
- Manage leases, hangar space, and office logistics for assigned bases.
- Coordinate with Client Relations to ensure adequate aircraft provisioning for Member and Owner trips.
- Ensure timely initiation and cancellation of insurance coverage and coordinate with HUB as needed.

- Comfortable with frequent domestic travel (up to 50%).
Education and Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing account management role, with preference for candidates with Part 135 aircraft management experience.
- Demonstrated success in aircraft operations, financial management, and customer retention.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work at a desk and on a computer for prolonged periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Frequent travel to aircraft bases, operations centers, and client sites (40–50%).
