[The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue
growth by developing and maintaining relationships with customers in the
aviation industry. This individual will focus on promoting Yingling
Aviations MRO services, including interior refurbishments, avionics
upgrades, and maintenance solutions, to private, corporate, and
commercial aircraft owners and operators. This is a remote position with
significant travel required to meet with clients, attend industry
events, and maintain a visible presence in the

## **Primary Duties & Responsibilities:**
- **Business Development:**Identify and cultivate new business
opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and established
relationships to expand Yingling Aviations customer base.
- **Account Management:**Build and maintain strong, long-term
relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and
satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
- **Technical Expertise:**Utilize in-depth knowledge of MRO services,
including interior refurbishments, avionics upgrades, installations,
and maintenance, to effectively present and promote Yinglings
capabilities.
- **Market Analysis:**Stay current on industry trends, competitor
offerings, and market demands to provide insights and strategies for
capturing new business opportunities.
- **Collaboration:**Work closely with internal teams, including
operations and customer service, to ensure seamless project
execution and delivery for clients.
- **Travel:**Represent Yingling Aviation at industry events, trade
shows, and client meetings, fostering a strong presence and
reputation in the aviation community.
