Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage aviation operations, including flight scheduling, maintenance oversight, safety compliance, and resource allocation.
Develop, maintain, and enforce aviation policies and procedures aligned with FAA and international regulatory standards.
Oversee the aviation budget, ensuring cost controls, performance metrics, and efficient expenditure.
Direct and mentor pilots, maintenance personnel, and administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and professional growth.
Maintain operational readiness by monitoring aircraft status, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring timely defect resolution.
Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, leading compliance reporting, documentation audits, and emergency response preparedness.

Requirements
